Oh, they’re so dang cute. That’s about all that needs to be said about these two. There are always two sides to the story. The first one of course is that the day went perfect, the second is the truth. Their day went perfect from what I saw. Beautiful girl, pretty groom (that’s for you Josh, ha!) and fabulous families. The truth that nobody else saw was that I was in pain from kidney stones. Yep…after 1 week, still was in pain. But, with Dana’s help and the adrenaline from these two wonderful families, we made it. That’s the other side to the story. So, yes, the images are all in focus regardless of the pain meds. The wedding took place at The Reserve at Oak Bowery. Courtney was as always a wonderful host and director. I’ve said it before…this place is one of my fave places. Frou Frou Design in Auburn was the florist that Abbie chose for her big day. Loved the hydrangeas. So pretty. The highlight of the evening (for me and Josh) was during the cake cutting. Only the folks that were there know what I speak of. HILARIOUS. Have you ever seen a groom turn up the bottle of champagne and chug it? Well, this little “reveal” made him do it. I’ll remember that for a long, long time. And Josh, in case you don’t, you’ll have photos to prove it. Both sets.
Thank you Wilbanks and Brock families for the gracious hospitality that you showed to us. We were honored to be a part of your memories. Enjoy!
